Celiac Disease Support Resources
Remember, you are not alone!
Talking with others who share the same challenges has many benefits. When my kids were first diagnosed, I felt overwhelmed, scared, somewhat isolated and very stressed out. A support system can certainly help to reduce and manage these feelings.
Participating in a support group also gives you a chance to learn from people who are experiencing the same situations you are. Ask your physician if your community has a local food allergy support group. If there isn’t, consider starting one.
