Local Celiac Support Groups

Talking with others who share the same challenges has many benefits. Initially, a diagnoses of Celiac Disease can leave a person feeling overwhelmed, scared, somewhat isolated and very stressed out. A support system can certainly help to reduce and manage these feelings.

Participating in a support group also gives you a chance to learn from people who are experiencing the same situations you are. Ask your physician if your community has a local food allergy support group. If there isn’t, consider starting one.

Click on your state to see if there are any support groups in your area.  If you know of a support group that we don't have listed, please email us with the details.  We will continue to add more as we learn about them.
