- United States of America, Inc. (CSA)
CSA remains the largest non-profit celiac support group in America, with over 95 chapters and 55 resource units across the country, and over 10,000 members worldwide. A dedicated force of volunteer officers and committee members serve as the organization's strong backbone, affectionately calling themselves,

Catholic Celiac Society
Their three-fold mission is to educate Catholic celiacs about their options for Holy Communion as provided for by Canon Law and the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops; to inform Catholic clergy and lay ministers about the special needs of Catholic celiacs in their dioceses and parishes; and to reconcile those Catholic celiacs who have left the Church through lack of understanding, exclusion from the Eucharist, and isolation from their church community.
